It is our pleasure to deliver within Australia and New Zealand free of charge for orders over $500. Otherwise we charge a flat fee of $15 per order. We also deliver worldwide using an insured FedEx service. ($110.00 charge applies).

Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, due to the bespoke nature of Melissa Harris Jewellery, some items will be made to order, therefore your item may take up to 6 weeks to arrive from order date. We are unable to offer refunds unless the item is faulty, in which case we would replace or repair the item as soon as possible.

If you need to return an item for any reason, you will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred. We strongly recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items which do not reach us.

Delivery Time frames
We endevour do our best to send your order to you as quickly as possible. We are unable to take any responsibility for third party freight and courier companies if your order is delayed or does not arrive by a certain date. There are no refunds or exchanges for any orders that are delayed in transit or do not arrive according to a specified delivery time frame.

Once your order is dispatched you will be sent an email with your applicable tracking number.
